The Publishing House “Paradigm” was founded by a group of professional creators, journalists, designers and publicity agents in January, 2004, but the “backbone” of the team works in the field of public relations since 1998. The team took part in PR-companies  of the organizations on the federal level, participated in the election campaigns to the Kazan city soviet in 1998, State Soviet of the Republic Tatarstan in 1998-1999, State Duma of the Russian Federation and State Soviet of the Republic Tatarstan in 2004.
