Head of Kazan held negotiations with Deputy Secretary General of the UN

Mayor of Kazan Kamil Iskhakov yesterday held negotiations with the Deputy Secretary General of the United Nations, executive director of UNO -HABITAT Anna Tibaydzhukoy in headquarters of the United Nations, Nairobi. As a result of the meeting the arrangement on participation of Mrs. A.Tibaydzhukoy in anniversary celebrations (on June 22-25, current year), devoted to celebrating the 1000-anniversary of Kazan has been achieved.

K.Ishakov was invited in Nairobi to the session of Managing council of the UNO-HABITAT as President of the World organization of the united cities and the member - adviser of the United Nation Council on local self-government in structure of the Russian delegation.
