Corporation "Microsoft" comes to Tatarstan

The working meeting between Prime minister of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and representatives of the company "Microsoft" took place. At the meeting the issues of long-term cooperation of "Microsoft" with bodies of the government of Tatarstan were discussed in the field of use of information technologies.

As Olga Dergunova, president "Microsoft"-in Russia and the CIS countries noted, the main emphasis in cooperation would be made on wide use and popularization of the Tatar language in software products of leading world manufacturers of computer programs. Among other spheres of interaction have been named introduction of information technologies on the basis of the Tatar language in education and the government bodies. Besides, big attention will be given to observance of copyrights not only the company +Microsoft-, but also other producers of the software.
