The Decision of the Kazan Council of People’s deputies dated 2.12.2002 No 3-13 "The Municipal Plan of Arrangement Measures for the Celebration of the 1000th Jubilee of the Kazan City" | The Kazan Council of People’s Deputies adopted the Decision, titled “The Municipal Plan of the Arrangement Measures for the Celebration of the 1000th Jubilee of the Kazan City”, and confirmed the Municipal Plan of Arrangement Measures for the Celebration of the 1000th Jubilee of Kazan. The City Administration is to provide timely execution of the Municipal Plan as well as annual financing from Tatarstan and Kazan city budget and off-budget finance for realization of the Municipal Plan. The regular Commission for Culture and National Affairs must control the execution of the Municipal Plan, and hear the accounts on its realization at the meetings. People’s Deputies are to inform regularly the electorate of their regions about the realization of the Municipal Plan of Arrangement Measures. |
