The Decision of the Kazan Council of People’s Deputies, dated 13.10.2002 No 2-9, "Progress of the Celebration Arrangements for the 1000th Jubilee of the Kazan City" | The Kazan Council of People’s Deputies adopted the Decision, titled “Progress of the Celebration Arrangements for the 1000th Jubilee of the Kazan City” and established a fact, that for the period under review there have been major requisites for active participation of Kazan citizens, work collectives, people from the regions and cities of Tatarstan and Russia in the arrangements for the city jubilee through their certain deeds and labour contribution. It was decided to approve the All-Round program of Celebration Arrangements of the 1000th jubilee of Kazan. The Administration is to form the organizing committee and operation staff on the celebration arrangements for the 1000th jubilee of Kazan. The regular commissions of the Council are to control systematically the arrangement measures. People’s deputies must inform permanently their electorate about the progress of arrangements. |
