The Ordinance of the Head of the Kazan City Administration dated 19.01.2001 “Federal Purpose-oriented Program "Protection and Modernization of the historical Center of the Kazan City" | According to the Ordinance, titled “The Federal Purpose-Oriented Program “Protection and Modernization of the Historical Center of the Kazan City”, the Head of the Kazan City Administration resolved to approve the list of municipal customers for program measures and the customers for construction, reconstruction and restoration of projects, stipulated by the program. According to the program, the municipal customers are to support annual budget financing applications for construction, reconstruction and restoration of projects and coordinate requests, documents and designs for the projects, stipulated by the program. According to the program, the customers are to work out and sign contracts, which provide construction and design tenders, as well as drafting, the program budget coordination, and confirmation of the construction schedule. The Committee for Economy and Industry is to coordinate the work of municipal customers and those for construction, reconstruction and restoration. The Financial Board of the Kazan City Administration must establish the priorities to provide annual budget loans to the customers for working-out the program budget of the projects, and to appoint members, responsible for the loan obtaining, stipulated by the program. |
