According to the Order, titled “The Municipal Purpose-Oriented Foundation “My Capital –Kazan”, the Head of the Kazan City Administration binds the Management Committee for Municipal Property of Kazan to be the cofounder of the Foundation “My Capital – Kazan” together with the Special Board on Celebration Arrangements for the 1000th Jubilee of the Kazan City. The Order implies working up constituent documents, the Foundation legislation, and approval of the representatives of the Kazan City Administration as members of the Trustees’ Board and the Foundation Board.
