The discussion of draft Treaty on delimitation powers between bodies of RF and RT government started in RT State Council.

The document , in contrast to the former Treaty of 1994 will be shaped as the federal law and should pass all legislative procedure: approval in RT State Council, its adoption in RF State Duma and also in Federation Council.
