Sergey Stepashin: 1000-anniversary of Kazan - most effectively realized federal target program for last 15 years

Chairman of Accounting chamber of the Russian Federation and Association of control accounting bodies of Russia Serge Stepashin arrived in Kazan. At the airport he was met by Chairman of RT State Council Farid Mukhametshin . In conversation with journalists at the airport Sergey Stepashin said that the 1000-anniversary of Kazan - most effectively realized federal target program for last 15 years.

Today the head of Accounting chamber of the Russian Federation will take part in the meeting at RT State Council where the issues of the organization of external financial control over local level will be discussed. Heads of accounting chambers in final transitional stage are going to exchange experience, to prove the position, to develop the plan of priorities on interaction with municipal formations, and to discuss with federal colleagues the opportunity of initiating necessary corrections in legislation on local self- government.
