Exit session of committee of the State Duma on physical training, sports and affairs of youth took place in a building of the State Council of republic The agenda featured only one issue: "Practice and prospects of development of the legislation in the field of physical culture and sports in subjects of the Russian Federation". Session of committee of the State Duma on physical culture and sports for the first time this year passed outside of the Russian parliament. Speaking about the project of the budget of Russia for 2006, Vladislav Tretyak informed, that assignments for physical culture and sports would make 10 billion 176 million roubles ( 25 percent } more than in 2005). However this money is not enough, chairman of profile committee considers.

On September 15, this year the Government of Russia ratified the Concept of Federal target program "Development of physical culture and sports for 2006-2015. Completion and the most target program is coming to the end, in particular, for 2006 assignments from above 3 billion roubles are stipulated. As a whole the program provides construction of 1467 sports halls in the country, 733 stadiums and modernization of 7 centers of Olympic preparation.
