Institute of history organizes conference "Tatar Muslim parishes in Russian empire"

The All-Russia scientific conference "Tatar Muslim parishes in Russian empire - will be held in Kazan on September 27-28.

As organizer of scientific forum comes out the Institute of history of the Academy of sciences of the Republic Tatarstan, Executive Committee of the World Congress of Tatars and RF Council of muftis. It is expected, that the scientists - historians engaged in studying the Muslim population in different parts of pre-revolutionary Russia will take part in conference.

During conference discussion of such themes, as Muslim parishes in countryside, Muslim community in the polycultural environment, sources of financing of Islamic institutes in pre-revolutionary Russia and others is supposed.
