Instead of monument to Peter I the monument to Leo Gumilev, most likely, to appear in the park of the 1000-anniversary of Kazan. This was stated August of 5 at the press conference granted by deputy head of city administration Alfiya of Tutaeva, in whose opinion, for August of 5 this is most true and reasonable decision: Leo Gumilev is closer to citizens of Kazan, rather than Peter I.
