To the 1000-anniversary of Kazan 100 outstanding Tatars named

The 650-page book was published in Kazan "Tatar century by eyes of national elite, 100 outstanding Tatars" . The book has been published by Publishing house "Paradigma"- in circulation of 3000 copies and grows out four-year-old work of group of the Kazan journalists and designers.

In the book 77 interviews to representatives of national elite and not only from Tatarstan, but also the USA, the Great Britain, Turkey, Germany, Czechia, and also other regions of Russia are presented. Among them President of Tatarstan Mintimer Shaimiev and dancer Irek Mukhamedov, honourable president of the World League of Tatars Ali Akysh and activisit of national movement Fauzia Bairamova, singers Ilgam Shakirov and Salavat Fatkhedinov, academician of Russian Academy of Science Kamil Valeev and many others.
