Before the 1000-anniversary decade of national cuisine will pass in Kazan

The decade of national cuisine organized by a municipal government of trade, public catering and consumer services is to be held in Kazan in the first decade of August.

The Action will take place at restaurants, city cafes and even factory dining rooms. Daily one cuisine will replace another one. And so within 10 days. National cuisines of 20 nations living in territory of Tatarstan will be presented: Tatar, Udmurt, Georgian, Uzbek, Tadjik, Turkmen, French and others.
