644 enterprises and organizations of Kazan took up anniversary obligations dedicated to the 1000-city anniversary

June 30 at XXIV session of Kazan Council of People's Deputies within the framework of discussing preparation for celebrating the 1000-anniversary of Kazan deputy to head of city administration Rafis Gusmans informed city council deputies on initiatives of the townspeople and labour collectives on a worthy meeting anniversary of Tatarstan capital.

Anniversary obligations now have taken up 644 enterprises and organizations of the city, including 89 industrial enterprises, 22 scientific research institutes and design offices, 12 building organizations, 9 enterprises of transport and communications, 13 enterprises of housing and communal services, 492 trading enterprises and public catering and 5 universities of the capital. Anniversary obligations provide participation in accomplishment of the city, repair of facades and buildings, objects of social sphere, participation in restoration of culture monuments, transfer of money resources in fund of the 1000-anniversary of Kazan.
