June 30 shareholders of JSC Tatneft at annual meeting under presidency of RT Prime Minister Rustam Minnikhanov have summed up 2004.
With the report on financial and economic results of last year Tatneft's activity spoke general director of the company Shafagat Takhautdinov According to the head of the company, in 2004 Tatneft managed to realize the planned goals, to perform production program, to provide economic stability and growth of stock cost of the enterprise.
In 2004 Tatneft provided the further growth of oil recovery volumes by 430 thousand tons. In total 25 million 100 thousand tons of crude oil has been produced from entrails 45 percent of which extracted due to application of modern methods.
Prime Minister of Tatarstan, Chairman of Tatneft Board of directors Rustam Minnikhanov in the final statement before the shareholders named Tatneft - a foundation of Tatarstan economy and noted, that the company provides 41 percent of all added cost made in the republic. Speaking about tasks of the oil company, Prime Minister of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, informed, that the program of development of fuel and energy complex of the republic till 2020 assumes oil recovery up to 30 million tons per year.
