Days of Finland start in Tatarstan

Days of Finland in Tatarstan will be held in Kazan from June 9 to June 12. Within the framework of the action numerous presentations of the Finnish firms, negotiations between Finnish and Tatarstan businessmen are planned at the forum on issues of developing bilateral cooperation.

In the morning, on June 9, the charter flight will arrive in Kazan from Helsinki. The delegation numbering hundred persons led by Minister of trade and the industry of Finland Mauri Pekkarinen is expected. The delegation consists of representatives of the Government of Finland, diplomats, businessmen - heads and leading experts from 30 Finnish firms and organizations, experts in sphere of education and scientists, art workers, representatives of Tatar Diaspora. Besides, it is supposed, by the same flight two musical creative collectives and group of the Finnish TV arrives. At the airport guests are going to give press conference. The Ambassador of Finland to the Russian Federation Harry Helenius arriving in Kazan from Moscow also is going take part in the events.
