Russia and International Bank for Reconstruction and Development signed an agreement on $125bln loan for Kazan project finance

June 3, signature of the agreement on $125bln loan between Russia and International Bank for Reconstruction and Development took place at RF Ministry of Finance. The money will go for “Promotion of Kazan financial appeal” project implementation, IA “Intefax-Povolzhie” reports.

The money would be given on grant basis and free of charge conditionally, if RT Cabinet and Kazan city Administration implement the programme of strategic development of Kazan by 2015.
