XXII session of TYURKSOI Permanent Council Closed

A closing ceremony of XXII session of TYURKSOI Permanent Council joined by 12 representatives of the member countries of “tyurkic UNESCO” took place today in business center of expo-centre "Kazan Fair".

By results of XXII session of TYURKSOI Permanent Council the Declaration has been accepted. Among the accepted decisions of "tyurkic UNESCO" to approve signing the agreement on mutual cooperation with the International Humanitarian Academy Europe -Asia - for 2005-2008, to ratify the Charter of International cultural center of tyurkic peoples heritage and to charge developing the program of activity of the center for 2006-2009, to finish during two months the work on construction of TYUKSOI web - portal, to approve realization of International projects "Days of TYURKSOI operas" and " Traditions of shamanism in culture of Turkic peoples”, to stage the next XXIII session in Istanbul city.

Secretary General of TYURKSOI Polad Byul Byul ogly thanked for hospitality. In his speech Mr. Minister paid a special attention to youth. issues. Today nothing can be forbidden for young generation, it is impossible to force something, they choose their own way. We must create conditions for the youth to choose a correct direction, - he summed up.
