V.Rushailo: Summit of leaders of the CIS countries dated for the 1000-anniversary of Kazan is important not only for Tatarstan but also for all Russia and countries of commonwealth

May 24, the meeting between RT President Mintimer Shaimiev and Chairman of Executive Committee and Executive Secretary of the CIS Vladimir Rushailo took place at the Kazan Kremlin.

Chairman of RT State Council Farid Mukhametshin, Chief of RT President Administration Jury Kamaltynov, RT Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of culture Zilya Valeyeva, Director of department for external communications to RT President Timur Akulov, RT Minister of Internal Affairs Asgat Safarov, Vice-President of Executive committee of the CIS Valery Kirichenko took part in the event. Participants of the meeting discussed issues of preparation for forthcoming Summit of heads of the CIS countries and to the session of RF State Council which will take place in Kazan in August.
