New oil extraction plant of Кazan fat combine can give second life to rape in Тatarstan

President of Tatarstan Mintimer Shaimiev visited today JSC "Kazan fat combine" where he familiarized with activity and development prospects of this enterprise. The head of republic inspected production lines of vegetable oil, mayonnaise and ketchup.

Besides, the company administration has acquainted President with a long-term plan of production development . According to it by the end of 2006 the company plans to occupy up to 10 percent of all Russian market of mayonaise. Besides, in 2006 construction of new oil extraction plant costing 46 million euro is planned. The basic raw material for this manufacture should become rape grown in Tatarstan.
