Public prosecutor of Tatarstan addressed with the protest in RT State Council concerning separate provisions of the republican law "Оn science and scientific activity". The given issue was considered 14 May at the session of parliamentary Committee on culture, science education and ethnic issues.
According to the public prosecutor's protest, separate provisions of RT Law "Оn science and scientific activity" contradicts the federal law "Оn science and state scientific and technical policy" and consequently requires bringing it in conformity with federal one.
In the protest the public prosecutor of republic suggests to cancel a number of articles and separate points of RT Law including regulation of financing of Academies of sciences of Tatarstan due to means of the republican treasury.
