First graduation of Sunday classes listeners at the Russian Islamic university will take palce on May 15

The first graduation of Sunday classes listeners on fundamentals of Islam at the Russian Islamic university will take place on May 15. In solemn atmosphere chairman of the Religious Board of RT Muslims Gusman Iskhakov will hand over the certificates about free listening lectures on Islam in RIU to the first 90 graduates.

In total, during 2004/2005 educational year about 300 free listeners at the age of from 6 to 90 years have been trained in Sunday classes at the university in Tatar and Russian languages At first, Sunday classes in RIU were designed for five years, but because of number reasons term of training reduced to three years.
