Tatarstan Ombudsman considers expedient to enter such uniform social travel card in order holders of benefit could use the right of free-of-charge travel across all Russia

May 2 the Representative on human rights in the Republic of Tatarstan Rashit Vagizov spoke at the session of RT State Council. He acquainted the deputies with a number of the most typical violations of human rights in the republic in various fields.

One of the main problems raised by citizens in appeals to the Representative lies in sphere of violation of their labour rights, non-payment of salaries by employers. Last years unsatisfactory remained situation with labour safety at the enterprises of the republic - in 2004 in a number of branches significant growth of accidents was admitted. The big public resonance, by words of Rashit Vagizov received , replacement of natural privileges by monetary compensations. The representative considers, that it is necessary to enter the uniform social ticket for those categories of holders of benefit who could use the right for free-of-charge travel earlier, in all territory of Russia.
