12.04.05Minnikhanov and Timoshenko discussed prospects of Tatarstan -Ukrainian cooperation | Prospects of developing Joint-Stock Company "Ukrtatnafta" and other issues concerning development of bilateral cooperation were discussed at a meeting of the acting Prime Minister of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov with the Prime Minister of Ukraine Julia Timoshenko during visit taken place on April 9 to this country of acting head of Tatarstan Government.
The parties discussed the pressing issues regarding partner relations between Tatarstan and Ukraine and deepening of cooperation in oil refining branch. At the meeting with Prime Minister of Ukraine, according to RT Cabinet press-service R.Minnikhanov briefed about opportunities of Tatarstan as one of most economically advanced subjects of the Russian Federation. It has been marked, that in our republic the powerful part of scientific, educational and industrial potential of Russia is concentrated and during number of years one of the highest rates of social and economic development has been observed. Last years, the optimum investment climate has developed in the republic what is proved by estimations of the international rating agencies. Subject conversation took place about prospects of development of Joint-Stock Company "Ukrtatnafta" and activity of Kremenchug oil refining plant and modernization of its capacities. |
