April 11 at the conference hall of World Congress of Tatars round table was held on subject "All European language standards, condition of languages in the Russian Federation and Tatar language in which alongside with the Kazan linguists the employee of German institute of Goethe Anke Pabst took part.
Brisk discussion was caused by the report of Novosibirsk scientist Mudaris Abakirov in which the developer offered his own concept and the project of system of teaching and studying Tatar language for diasporas.
Today in the regions the Tatar language is taught at Sunday schools by everybody, but not teachers. During training in Germany I have managed to get acquainted with work of institutes of Goethe which are working worldwide and teach German language. I considered this experience at preparation of the project. In the basis of the project on teaching the Tatar language lays "Language portfolio" developed by countries - the EU participants and describing universal six level system of language knowledge estimation, M. Abakirov explained. |
